Turning 21 in S. Korea

A very special birthday shout out to my little brother who it turning 21! Since it's already April 3rd in South Korea, he's officially the big 2-1! However, in the States, it's not his birthday until tomorrow, which really doesn't matter to him since he isn't here!

And technically, Jake has been able to have alcohol over there since the drinking age is 18 so maybe 21 isn't having the same hoopla it would have if he would have been state-side, but it's a pretty big milestone no matter what.

This is the last time we all saw you, 7 months ago, as we said good-bye at the airport. It's been sad not having Jake around for our birthday week (my birthday was Thursday) because we always celebrate together-especially this year since we both hit big ones-me being 30 now and all-but thankfully we're over half way and you'll be back in the same country as us in 5 months:)!

Hope your Army family took care of you and you had a wonderful birthday celebration!! Happy 21st, Jake!
