We had Spencer's second, and last, NICU party of the season two Saturdays ago. This one was for the smaller hospital that he was actually born at and stayed for a week (where he had his exchange transfusion) before being transported to Lutheran for his surgeries. It's kind of nice to be able to go to both of these hospital's parties. One is on a large scale and the other is smaller and more carnival-like. Unfortunately, it was a rainy Saturday and the theme this year was a beachy one, but we still let Avery get in her swimsuit and have some fun:) So after getting the kids' pictures taken and made beach-themed photo frames at the craft table, we let Avery loose. I didn't take too many pics because of the rain, but did grab a few.
Mister Spencer had to enjoy most of the party from his stroller because he had really just learned to walk about this time and was a little unpredictable. He had plenty of snacks though and got his first tattoo-a green fish.
This is a must see video! They had an inflatable water slide and Avery, as usual, was the tiniest little thing on it.
